Most manufacturer warranty covers your product for 1-5 years; in the rare occurrence, something does fail the AAT service agreement provides the technical labor required to remove and ship of the product so that it can be repaired, and then replace it back into the system. Downtime and numerous other hassles are averted. The AAT service agreement lets you focus on your job, not your AV Technology.

- Access to our 24-hour service desk.
- Following the receipt of a fault call, an engineer will make contact within two working hours.
- All Labor will be covered for service if required.
- Two preventative maintenance site visits within a 12-month period
